Personal Statement

"Get your facts first, then you can distort them as you please". This is the basis of how I view the world and design around it. Sketching is how I distort the world where stance and fender volume is the highest of priorities. I grew up in a distorted bubble known as Singapore, where I was raised in a multicultural setting among third culture kids. Broadening of the horizon in my developmental years gave me the vision to explore further through automotive design, the best of my two worlds, sketching and cars. As a designer, my objective is to get the facts first, then distort them as the customer pleases.
