Personal Statement

Hi, I’m Felipe. I consider myself a technologist with design skills. By designing around the person and their needs I believe we can arrive at more significant solutions that will, with time, tell us what the product needs to be. I see the world in patterns and perhaps this is what drew me to the design field. Design to me is a way of organizing distinguishably similar elements in harmony while bringing functional resolution to an issue. The focus of my work is in applying these principles to the human side of the design equation.

I have always stayed earnest about figuring out how create things from scratch. Some of the things I enjoy staying up late learning about could be generative art, new 3d software or anything that will encourage personal growth. I have strived to leverage my previous experience in interaction to add a distinct layer to every project I’m tasked with. crafting a more meaningful story

I believe human machine interaction of all types will change dramatically in the next decades and I want to be part of the collective involved in this evolutionary shift.
